OUR CARING AND CONSIDERATE PROCESS
All of our memory jewellery within this collection is made with or include 9ct yellow gold and will be hallmarked at the Birmingham Assay Office on order - this can delay orders so if you are in a rush please contact a member of the Coastal family to discuss.
We do not keep gold on our premises due to security, all gold is commission work and materials are ordered as required.
Our ashes jewellery is handcrafted by the Coastal Family in our beachside workshop. We take our time to ensure your memory jewellery is handled with love, care and attention to detail, to produce a beautiful piece that you can treasure. Sending Us Your Loved Ones Ashes
If you live local to us you can call in with your ashes, Alternatively if you wish to post them please pop around half a teaspoon of ashes per item into a secure container/ bag. Clearly label them with the name of the deceased (for our certificate of authenticity) and your name.
We recommend for your own peace of mind that all ashes are sent to us recorded delivery and rest assured any remaining ashes and your items will be returned the same method. Our address is: Coastal Silver, Unit 3 Meridian Road, Cleethorpes, DN35 0AR.
